Disciple Contracting is developing a roughly 2-acre RV park on Hwy 87 in Navarre, including a complete gravity sewer system serving every RV spot.
What We’re Doing
The core utility work is a gravity sewer run with hookups to each individual RV site. The process follows the engineer’s design to the letter. Materials are ordered and approved by the engineer, then a surveyor stakes out the exact placement and provides a full layout. Each manhole is specified for height and location by the engineer, located on the ground by the surveyor, and dug to depth using the manhole’s dimensions against the plan grades.
On commercial work like this, we don’t deviate from the plans without written consent. The moment a contractor starts freestyling, they take on liability. Following the engineered plans precisely is what keeps the work right and the responsibility clear.
